eebahgum! on Fitness

I confess: I was the personification of the bespectacled 9-stone geek, who would have had sand kicked in my face at the beach had I been confident enough to frequent it. In early adulthood I compensated by spending most of my existence down at the gym admiring the lycra and occasionally lifting the odd pint of lager or dumb-bell. Along the way I picked up a bit of muscle (on my drinking arm) and a whole body of knowledge about fitness which will soon be featured here.

I'll be separating fat from friction, what works from what doesn't, based on experience and research, not the latest telecommercial fad. Stay tuned...
